We're all in this together

Hey everyone! 

Subject line: We are all stars jaja. We got 105 reassigned missionaries into our mission this week. There was an option for them to come in on tuesday or on Wednesday so Tuesday was a day FULL of anxiety and waiting but nothing happened bc we didn't get a call until 10pm. But, that call told us that I would be receiving Sister Pulver and Hermana Brooks would be receiving Sister Orr. We were given instructions to go to the airport on Wednesday to pick them up. 

Wednesday was a PARTAY. we drove down through downtown atlanta (so cool) and to the airport parkinglot to wait for the SSTLs (sister APs) to call us and let us know we could come get them. We got to see more missionaries there than we have in a SUUPER long time. 

So Hermana Pulver is my new companion. She had served in Peru for 6 months before going home and comming here. Hermana Orr served in the Dominican Republic for 5 weeks before going home and comming here. So Sister Brooks is step training her. What a party. We have had many cookies since we picked them up #thanksmomfortherecipie

       On that note: Here is to all the moms out there. Thank you for raising your kids and for being strong wonderful role models. Here is also to all the women who aren't moms but impact the world for good. You rock and I aspire to be like you. Keep believing in yourself and doing all the hard core things you do! 

         Last thing: John Bytheway is friends with my mission president and he did a zoom fireside with us. It was awesome! my favorite part was when he told us about how one of the members of his ward would start young mens each time when he was the leader. He would draw a picture on the board (attatched below) and would say that the Atonement of Jesus Christ is the "Main Thing" and that, "The main thing is to keep the Main Thing the main thing"

       Thats the gospel truth folks. Jesus Christ is the main thing and with Him all things are possible and all things are overcomeable!
