Children before you think of leaving, you better think about the judgement day!
It's been a crazy week and it sure went out with a bang!!!
The transfer has finished up and the big news is that BOTH sister Davis and I will be staying! yay! But that's not all, we will be getting Sister Blacker. Etowah Valley is where she did her training so that should be a riot for her to come back here! im excited :)
The end of the week: we tried to give out free lemonade at a park but we got kicked out... So actually ended up joining an activity that another church was putting on and gave them the lemonade! (they gave us free barbeque and boiled peanuts so we won on that trade. btw boiled peanuts are delicious 🥜🥜).
It was super fun! The man that gave us boiled peanuts was Deacon Terry and he is a super cool old guy. He was very chatty and invited us to come see their service and then he would come see ours!
So that is how Sister Davis and I ended up in a Pentacostal church worship service last night at 6pm. Guys, I love the south.
I've included below a long version of the experience if you want to hear it but the take aways are:
We can be united in faith with other Christians and faith having people!
There are actually some really great songs in Christian rock

There is power in owning how much the Lord has changed you! We typically say that conversion happens over time as we become new creatures in Christ but we can celebrate how different we are! We have been changed!
Also, (subject line) the preacher did tell us that we shouldn't leave the building until we've been saved and invited everyone to one up to the front and get prayed for.
Anyway, I love you all and hope you have a fantstic week and keep working on being new creatures in Christ! If you want some more motivation watch the hope works video "The Ultimate Bucket list" (shout out to Lena Lindsay for that one thx grl)
All the joy!!
