I can tell that we are gonna be friends

Hello everyone!

So turns out that President Kuck was not wrong in telling me my area assignment, Sister Brooks and I are white washing Stone Mtn to switch the STL assigned area from Riverside to Stone Mtn so both areas are getting white washed. That means that both missionaries who were there got transferred out and two new ones get transferred in. It's a riot. Super fun getting to know the ward and the members.

One day we were given money by some members for lunch and we had to go pick it up and are figuring out the car share goodness so we biked as quick as we could to get to their house which was fun and after finding on their neighborhood went to the super famous Don Pedro's for dinner but also got pan dulce from a Mexican tienda behind it. Super fun!

This new area is back in the city. Coal Mountain was a small town spread along the freeway. You would get and give directions by saying which exit things were off of. Coming back here is like going back to my first area again. Its wild. :) there are tons of little latino tiendas and we have a goal to ask the members to find out which one had he best pan dulce bc sis Brooks really likes pan dulce and bonding with members is good

Subject line: Sister Brooks and I were best of friends in the premortal world. That's the only way to explain it. Our walls were 100% down, we were 100% vulnerable basically on day 2 and now it seems like we have the relationship that a comp does at the end of their 2nd transfer. Let's go! We have a quote board, we took a 1 song dance break during weekly planning, we can reference a lot of the same music and culture stuff, our teaching flow is getting going. It's a PARTY. :)

Sam, Syd, and Ricardo & Eloisa got married this weekend!! Yay! Weddings galore!! Congrats to my sistas, and felicidades to Ricardo and Eloisa. They are a couple in Coal Mountain that are the cutest and will get baptized this weekend. Love them. Yay!

Love you all!!
